Cavin Wilson is a consultant in Frontier’s public policy practice. He works across a range of policy areas with a particular focus on transport, taxation and labour markets.
Cavin helps clients with policy design, impact assessment, cost-benefit analysis and evaluation and has extensive experience applying quantitative and econometric techniques to policy problems. He has carried out economic analysis to model the global ivory trade, the demand for highways, the economic impact of social mobility and the effects of car sharing on urban congestion. He has significant project management experience and has advised businesses, industry bodies, policy makers, not-for-profit organisations and law firms on policy issues.
Cavin also has over ten years’ experience as a Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Australian Air Force, including operational deployments in Afghanistan and the Middle East.
