Fabrizio joined Frontier in 2014 and finished his Master in Economics at Bocconi University in 2015. Fabrizio works for a variety of public and private sector clients, providing advice on regulation and competition issues.
Since he joined Frontier, Fabrizio has mainly worked in the energy, water and competition practices, being involved in different competition and regulation projects. He has acquired experience in analysing regulatory frameworks of different regulated sectors, like Ofgem’s RIIO-ED1 and Ofwat’s PR14, focusing on incentive mechanism design, financial modelling and benchmarking techniques. Moreover, Fabrizio has been recently involved in a major high street retailer merger analysing the extent to which the merger leads to a SLC.
Prior that, Fabrizio acquired some experience in the public policy practice, working on policy appraisals and evaluations for different UK government departments.
Before Joining Frontier, Fabrizio worked at the Allianz SE Public Policy and Economic Research Group (GPER) in Munich, Germany.
