Hélène joined Frontier in 2015 after completing a MSc specialised infrastructure and networks industries at Toulouse School of Economics.
Based in Paris, she mainly works across the energy and the competition practices. She has acquired experience in analysing regulatory frameworks of different sectors such as electricity, gas and water. Her recent project work includes revenue determination, cost of capital assessment and cost-benefit analysis of public interventions to increase the uptake of electric vehicles in France. Hélène is also regularly involved in cross-office projects and currently works on a major cartel litigation case.
Before joining Frontier, she worked at the French telecom regulator and as a research assistant at the Industrial Economics Institute. Hélène speaks fluently French and English.
