Loukia joined Frontier in 2013, and has worked across many of Frontier’s practice areas, with a focus on energy, regulation and competition.
On the energy front, Loukia has worked extensively on regulatory topics across a number of price controls and international disputes, covering corporate finance, incentive design, and cost benchmarking analysis (among others). More widely, Loukia has experience in energy market design (in particular in relation to capacity markets) and environmental issues (e.g. cost-benefit analysis for new low-carbon technologies). In Frontier’s competition practice, Loukia has advised on litigation cases and merger control cases across a variety of industries, including telecoms and transport.
She completed her MSc in Economics at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and holds a BA in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University.
